Healthy You Challenge Check-In

in Weight Loss

Well, well, well. I haven’t been on my blog, or looking at any one else’s for a week. That is definitely not normal. But now… back to normal… I have a new computer and will be able to check on blogs more often. Hurray!

So,this week has been iffy regarding weight loss. I guess my heart just isn’t in it these days. My training, my eating, it is all just on the back burner. Strange, since nothing is on the front burner. I have nothing, absolutely nothing, that should be stopping me from putting my full effort behind losing weight.

I have nothing stopping me… I just need to do it. My goal for next week is to put more effort behind losing weight, specifically behind exercising. Work it out.

Focus girl, focus! Work harder! Graduation is coming up and I need to look GOOD.

Small steps are just as important as the big ones. Pick something small and doable and reach for it. Accomplish that then set out after another goal. Before you know it you will be motivated and moving forward.

You can do it! You are worth it!

Just take it a day at a time Mary. You’ll get your groove back I’m sure.

Sounds like you need to be remotivated. How about listing your reasons for wanting to lose weight, or exploring the reason for your apathy?

Congrats on the new computer!

Hang in there! I think the weather’s getting better and that’s bound to help the motivation.

you can do it! making changes is definitely hard, and that is why I struggled in the past. I couldnt make MYSELF #1 and make eating healthy and exercise #1. but dont beat yourself up about it, I know you can get back into it.
