I always forget about the Healthy You Challenge check ins until the next day which makes me one of the last to sign in always.
This week has been better than the last couple because I finally got back on track. The last two months were super hectic, but now they are over and I have an easy summer as far as my schedule goes. So I decided to get back in the saddle and start exercising again. And let me tell you – it feels great! Yesterday I swam for thirty minutes and today I biked for thirty. :) My body feels better already.
Foodwise, not much has changed. Ive been eating a little healthier, but food is always my biggest enemy. When I have lots of free time its even worse because I look for something to do and food is always convenient. Ugh.
Im facing up to some feelings that I didn’t even know I had. Mainly – FEAR. I am scared to lose weight and see what I am without this long time fat suit companion of mine. I am still thinking through this so I will probably right more on it later.
All in all its a good week to be back on track! Woohoo!

great job with the exercise this week. and it IS scary to lose weight. it definitely changes you in more ways in none and sometimes we are not ready for that change as much as we want to be. but dont be scared…to me, there is more to be scared of by not going for what yo uwant and improving your health.
I cannot wait to get my bike next month. I am so looking forward to sailing down the boardwalk on the beach.
