Weekend Weigh-In #1

Just to prove to you guys that I am not doing this to beat myself up, or feel bad, or only want to post on good weeks….

This weekend weigh-in has me weighing in at 235.8!

Ummmm, maybe I do feel a little bad. *Averts eyes.*

I’m not going to punish myself or feel terrible, but it does make me realize that its pretty easy for me to gain 5 pounds or so in two weeks. All that fast food and lack of workouts when I visited my friends didn’t show immediate results, but it obviously showed results.

Eh. That is 8 pounds I have gained since 7/7/08. I am going backwards guys. Backwards. But its okay because now I am headed in the right path.

Tuesday I will make another YouTube video since I totally missed out on making them for the last week or so. Ooo, I wonder if I look like I have gained 8 pounds? Probably.

So. 8 pounds gained since 7/7/08. 8 pounds to lose by at least the end of August.

Yep, thats my goal. Soon Krissie you really will see me kicking butt!

It is so easy to gain, yet it takes work to lose. Isn’t that some bullshit! LOL!

I am on track with you, girl!

I know how hard it is to regain focus after the fast food. But 8 pounds back on is a lot better than the dozens of pounds we can lose and gain and lose and gain. Congrats for stopping at 8!

You’ll get it off by Sept 1. Just know that I’m trying right along with you!

@Krissie: Yeah! Way to be back on track!! I am glad I stopped at 8 too. I think I should have stopped that crazy fast food behavior earlier, but 8 is good. Now to lose it! We can do it, Im sure. :)

hey dont beat yourself up about it, I think that this is the best way to be accountable and you are doing that. there have been times where I didnt want to weigh in or post a weighin, but those are the times that I made myself do it and it only made me NOT want to be in those situations again.

Like what Irene said, it sucks how much easier it is to gain a pound than lose one. It’s really easy to eat 3500 calories over your maintenance…too easy.
