		<description>hey dont beat yourself up about it, I think that this is the best way to be accountable and you are doing that. there have been times where I didnt want to weigh in or post a weighin, but those are the times that I made myself do it and it only made me NOT want to be in those situations again.</description>

I know how hard it is to regain focus after the fast food. But 8 pounds back on is a lot better than the dozens of pounds we can lose and gain and lose and gain. Congrats for stopping at 8!
