Weekend Weigh-In #2

by Merry Mary on August 10, 2008

Well, well, here we are again.

So nice to see you…Mr. Scale.  *evil eye*

How did I do this week?  Well….

I weighed in at 234.0!  Woot.  That means I am back to where I was like two weeks ago.  But thats okay.

I did terrible with food this week, eating out 4 or 5 times.  Odd since I am at home and haven’t been to a restaurant here in months until this week when I went almost every day.  Crazy.  But my workouts kept the weight in check.  Thank goodness for that!

Now if I could just get back down to the 220s where I was in July… those were the days.

Here be the stats:

Last week’s weight: 235.8

This week’s weight: 234.0

Change in weight: - 1.8

Congrats on the weight loss especially after eating out 5 days. It sounds like you have a great workout and that helps a lot I am sure. I try to get at least an hour in every day but should start picking it up some more. I agree, exercise certainly helps with the mood.

Keep up the great work!
