Weekend Weigh In #3

Okay… I am not at home now so I had to use a different scale.

This may mean the number is not accurate. But oh well. I like it.

This week I am down one pound. Yip yip – weight loss!

Slow… but working back through all my previous mistakes.

Last week’s weight: 234.0

This week’s weight: 233.0

Change in weight: – 1.0

You can drop a dress size in a month. You CAN!! It seems that sizes go down (roughly) about every ten pounds or so. You can do that in a month. Mary, this is a great motivator. Even though I HATE weddings or anything like that, you can use it to your advantage. Keep thinking about that dress! Go for it!!!
