She says: “I love Crunch Bar Dibs, I’m an ice cream and cookie girl.”
Her snacks include granola, almonds and sliced fruits. She adds though that “it’s really boring, but I try to do that especially when I’m on the go.” Her typical lunch while training for Dancing With The Stars was a chicken salad.
She also reveals she’s a size 2 and 115 pounds, but everyone thinks she is 130-140 lbs because TV adds about 15 lbs to her appearance.
She has said that she wants to lose 5 pounds. At 115 pounds (and a height of 5′3) I am not sure at all why she would actually want to lose 5 pounds.
According to PEOPLE, she is eating better, which is great.
Kim Kardashian’s Old Diet: Breakfast: Starbucks tall white chocolate mocha with whipped cream. Lunch: Salad with cranberries and candied walnuts. Chocolate chip cookie and a diet Coke. Snack: Cupcake. Dinner: Pasta with vegetables and chicken. Cookies and ice cream for desert. Total Calories: 2,263.
Kim Kardashian’s New Diet: Breakfast: Oatmeal with bananas. Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken. Pinkberry [nonfat yogurt] with fruit and granola. Snack: Carrots and low-cal ranch dressing. Dinner: Fish, vegetables and green tea before bed. Total Calories: 1,438.
She has much better eating habits now! Her new diet is much cleaner than her old one. Seriously, cupcakes for a snack? That can’t be a good thing for anyone. Its always good to see someone eating better for their body.
Oh wait….
Kim isn’t so good at keeping up her new diet. The diet resolution she made to eat better went out the window after a few months.
She decided that not dieting and eating plenty of junk food was a better way to keep her curves in place. “I don’t ever really diet because I don’t want to be miserable,” she says. “I love food.”
Diets aren’t fun. Diets don’t work. All very true. But there is a fine line between eating healthier and just completely giving in to eating any and every kind of junk food you crave.
Still I do like Kim Kardashian’s thoughts on body image:
“I’m not your typical stick-skinny model,” she says. “There are super-skinny girls doing ad campaigns and I don’t think it’s realistic. I don’t like that [skinny] body image. I’m very proud of my body image.”
