Wow. I feel terrible!
I haven’t been eating properly for a week or two and it is totally affecting my weight now. I have gained a few pounds for sure. I suppose I should weigh myself and check so I can be honest with myself and whoever reads this.
Weigh In: 237.
Damn. I really was at 232 last time I checked. Five pounds since whenever I last weighed.
Don’t you just hate sliding backwards? All that hard work exercising and eating right can be undone so quickly.
Oh well, time to get back on track.
