		<description>One of the leaders at the Weight Watchers I go to said that he quit smoking, gave up alcohol (by going to AA), and lost weight (not all at the same time!) He said that by far, losing weight and maintaining the loss was the hardest of the three. Still, he did it, and so can we!</description>

		<description>really focusing on conscious eating has helped me a lot in terms of limiting my calorie intake for the day. I&#039;m sure you can get back on track. Knowing what triggers your overeating habits is a big step in the right direction.</description>
