Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

My blender has been getting a lot of use lately. I have been making smoothies at night to drink for breakfast in the morning. I have mainly been making strawberry and banana smoothies but occasionally I will try something different. Since I ran out of strawberries I decided to make a new smoothie for breakfast!

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana cut into chucks
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender for about two minutes until a creamy texture is achieved. Yummy!

Cammy: I like it! I tried it and I am going to add it to my smoothie lineup. PB powder with plain yogurt sounds like a good idea too. I am going to have to branch out and try some new protein flavors.
