That’s right, I joined Weight Watchers today.
Despite all the encouragement I have recieved online – you guys are all kinds of awesome btw – I need a little face to face support.
So I went searching for it and found it in the form of Weight Watchers.
My mom chipped in on the prepaid package of weeks I got and so this is my Christmas present. (I am still going to keep making my Christmas WISH List!) Merry Christmas to me!
I think it will be FANTASTIC.
Anyone else on the Weight Watchers bandwagon? Or have any thoughts/encouragement/warnings? I have heard lots of good things about it so I am super excited.

I’m on Weight Watchers, as are several of the folks on my blog roll! So far I’ve had success and the weekly meetings are really the main reason I signed up—like you, I appreciate having some in-real-life support like that.

Miz: I think so. Camaraderie is so nice, its hard to do things without support. At least for me it is!
Good luck with weight watchers. I prefer counting calories over points, but I’m sure the face to face support is beneficial.
@Tony: I prefer counting nothing, honestly. Calories are easier for me, but I can adjust to the points thing. I really did it just for the interaction and support.
It’s a good time to join, since they’re rolling out their new program now.
