It’s always a good reminder to ourselves to find out how “naturally skinny” women maintain their weight.

I always that once I get to my goal weight, things will be easy. But speaking to all my friends and family that are a healthy weight, I realize that they have to work at it too.

And I can&#039;t believe how much better I feel when I drink enough water! I didnt feel like I was dragging so bad during the day! I&#039;ve been soda free for 2 weeks. Quite the accomplishment for me.
