Im kinda lucky in that if I dont workout in the morning ----I dont get the time again.

if I dont workout in the morning and toss the toddler at the husband----I dont get a break :)

I like these. Having an exercise log is super motivating; I track my steps every day by wearing a pedometer all the time. Recently found a friend who likes to workout and now she&#039;s my go-to exercise buddy, it&#039;s great.
