Shape Magazine has the tennis great, Serena Williams, coaching a 40-minute workout that is free to download. The magazine teamed up with Nike to offer the Power Boost audio workout that helps tone your entire body and improve strength. Award-winning fitness trainer Jay Blahnik designed the workout but Serena takes you through each move.
On the audio workout, Serena Williams starts with a warm-up and then encourages several high speed bursts of cardio with sculpting moves mixed in so you constantly offer your body aerobic and anaerobic challenges to burn fat and increase muscle tone. The music from Kid Sister, Time Machine, and more will keep you energized and motivated. As a bonus the workout is designed so you can shorten the routine to 20 and 30 minute increments if you can’t complete the entire 40 minutes.
