Food Tracking

I have been doing really well tracking my food since I started using Twitter to keep a record of what I’m eating.  I haven’t done a great job of eating healthy food though.  I’ve been getting back on track … lunch today was a turkey sandwich and carrots.  But the simple act of twittering my every meal makes me want to make them healthier.  I think about my meals and snacks now before I eat them because I know I will have to write what I eat.  I’ve only been doing it a few days but I am really excited about how its helping me think more clearly about what I am doing and eating.  Too often I let self analysis go because it just shows me how badly I am doing.  I am now realize that this tracking and self analysis can only help me get closer to my goals!  Hurray!

Journaling my food has really helped me, too. Glad it’s helping you!

You better believe it! I don’t think we can be successful without a lot of self analysis during this weight loss journey. I have learned more about myself throughout this than I have my whole life. (ok, maybe I exagerate..but you get the point!)
