		<description>My favorite do any-where exercise. You can work on muscles, balance and core anywhere.  Stand on one leg and lean slightly to throw yourself off balance even further.  Stand like that for a few minutes and then flip flop to the other leg.  Do this a few times and you&#039;ll be sore.   :-)   

That said...for cardio...WALK WALK WALK.  YOu can walk ANYWHERE!
