First, go over here to BlogHer and vote for the session Blogs & Body Image: What Are We Teaching Our Kids.  All you have to do is log in to BlogHer (or sign up!) and click the “I would attend this session” link at the top of the page.  I think voting ends May 1, so do it now!  Even if you are not going to the BlogHer conference then please vote for it so I can go here these lovely ladies speak!

And here we go:

I’m reading the guest post from Andrew’s wife at Andrew is Getting Fit.

I’m reading Graized’s list of 40 Things To Do Before 40 at A Load Off My Chest.

I’m reading Stephanie’s post about 25 things she did to lose 25 pounds at Back In Skinny Jeans.

I’m reading Pasta Queen’s interview with Charlie Hills of Back to the Fridge at Pasta Queen.

I’m reading Tony’s post about being judgemental at I Don’t Want To Die of a Heart Attach When I’m 25.

I am also reading the book Fattitudes: Beat Self-Defeat and Win Your War with Weight.  I just started yesterday so I can’t say much about the book.  I will have a full review up once I have finished it.

I miss reading tangible books about health/nutrition/weight loss.  When I first started I read a lot but that has tapered off.  I want to start back again because the more I read the better I am about staying on track.  I’m thinking maybe join book club or even start my own book club for interested readers.  I want to be like Oprah?

Great links! So many good blogs.

I’m kind of obsessed with reading health books, so if you want some recommendations just let me know!

There’s so many diet and weight loss books to read, it’s nice for recommendations. Also the thing about reading tangible books is that when you have finished reading them you can sell them on eBay!
