Biggest Loser Challenge Update #2

Hard work. Dedication. Hard work. Dedication. Hard work. Dedication. Hard work.

Sounds scary, doesn’t it? Well normally yes but right now I am loving these words. I know that this IS the only recipe to real and lasting success. Work hard. Be dedicated. Persevere. Hard, but it really is that easy.

I am more motivated today about EVERYTHING than I have been in quite a while. I see a long path of hard work before me but it is not scary. It is motivating me to do more, to do better, to keep at it.

Perhaps this is because after my first week with the Biggest Loser Challenge I am officially back on the weight loss bandwagon. I am very happy to report that instead of gaining weight (like every week for the last month or so) I lost weight! Woot, woot!

Since I started the challenge on a Monday and am measuring my weight by week measurements I will be posting my weigh ins on Mondays from now til the end of the challenge. I really like doing motivation stuff on Monday because it gets me pumped for the week, but maybe with these weigh ins I can create my own motivation. I guess I already have because I am pumped to keep up with this!

Weight: 249.4

Previous Weight: 251.8

Weight Loss This Week: 2.4

Weight Loss Total: 2.4

And there ya go. I lost two pounds this week and gained a whole lot of motivation for the hard work to come. I expect this week to be a GREAT one. How about you? Got a great week planned? Ready for some hard work and sweat?
