Sugar

Cutting out added sugar is a great way to improve your overall health.  This can be an easy step that will  also save you money.  To do this you will have to pay attention to the ingredients in the food you buy, because you will notice it is pretty easy to see that most drinks, baked goods, and sweets have tons of added sugar.  The easiest place to cut back on added sugar is in sugary drinks like juice, sodas, and sugary sweet teas.  Try to keep these things out of the house if possible.  If you feel like you have to have sugary drink then try to choose 100% juices with no added sugar.  If you can stand to add water to your drink that will also cut back on the sugar you are consuming.

@Miz
Lol. I don’t add salt to much, even though my friends think I’m crazy. But salt flavors food so I would never tell people to cut that out. Sugar? We can do without more of that!
