Just finished week 3 of the biggest loser challenge I am doing and the weigh in was not as great as I had hoped. Turns out I only lost 1.2 pounds. Eh.

I knew that wasn’t going to be the best weigh in because despite all my good efforts during the week I am not so great with weekends. I will have to work on that. I also plan on switching up my diet and eating less meat and leaning more toward being a vegetarian. My friend Candace decided to do this last week and after reading all about longevity and blue zones and their diets, I definitely want to eat and act more like those people do. Which means less meat and more veggies and grains. Can do. Or at least can try to do. After being raised on a junk food diet it is hard for me to like some veggies. Guess I will just eat them anyway.
Moving into week 4 of this challenge I want to lose over 3 pounds. I would love to lose 5 and get out the stupid 240s, but three will work this week. That is not a crazy number and it will also bring my weight loss for the month to 10 pounds. I know I can do that and will be much more motivated for the next two months of this challenge.
