Well, if I was on the TV show I would have been kicked off by now. I’m averaging about one pound a week. Excellent for long term weight loss, not so much for challenges and such. But I am cool with that. As long as its coming off again I’m good.
I’ve been at the gym or walking outside – which is about to stop due to crazy heat and ozone stuff here – every day. I’m doing alright with the healthy eating. Some days, some meals are better than others. For instance, yesterday I ate a salad with grilled chicken for lunch. Then for dinner I ate a chili dog and piece of cake. Heheh. ?
Anyway, here the numbers for this week:
