Id not even REALIZED that I went through that same realization until I read this. 

For me it was Entemans Choc covered Donuts vs Stairmaster.

		<description>If I were to commit myself to an hour to two hours a night on an elliptical, would I achieve sufficient results? Does an elliptical machine actually burn calories and fat? My goal is to lose up to 20 pounds by May 2007. Also, using an elliptical is not the only element in my weight lost regimen. So does an elliptical do much to help burn calories and fat, and how long would I have to work out in one day to burn an ample amount of calories?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.</description>
