Back is doing much better. More stretching is needed but overall I feel good.

		<description>You&#039;re doing great! I&#039;ve lost about that much in the last few months too, but mine has been the same 3 pounds over and over again - not as much of an achievement... 

Once your back is better and you&#039;re working out like before the pounds will fly off you!

		<description>A loss is a loss and you should be proud of yourself for losing 12.4 thus far.. that&#039;s fantastic!!  Hope the workout tonight goes well.. make sure you take enough time to heal your back.. back issues are not something to take lightly.
