((My first blog post at A Weight Lifted (Green Mountain’s blog) is up now! Go check it out!))
Nothing super exciting happened today (besides lots of fun exercise!) so I’m going to take this opportunity to respond to the juggling blog buddies Carla and Kepa.
Look, look! I can juggle too! Although for only like 15 seconds at a time…. I’ll work on my juggling endurance!
Meals:

Did a terrible job with the foodie pictures today. Also ate another piece of french toast at breakfast with syrup and walnuts, a salad at dinner, and a brownie with a glass of milk for dessert at dinner. That was delicious so I’m quite sorry I couldn’t post a pic of its gloriousness.
Moves:
1 hr lower body conditioning class
1 hr kickboxing class
1 hr water aerobics class
1 hr candlelight yoga (sooo nice!)
Firsts:
Kickboxing! I’ve never taken a kickboxing class before, but it was surprising easy for me to catch the rhythm. It helped that I knew all the punched already so I knew what she meant by jab, hook, etc. It was pretty intense though, it is one of the hardest classes they offer. I definitely enjoyed working up a sweat in that class.
And yeah… that seems like a lot more exercise than my other days! And I still skipped some of the exercise on the schedule. And I’m feeling quite tired now after it. I didn’t even include the 20 minutes of juggling and chasing balls that I had to do to make a one minute video. Hehe. :)
So now I want to know… can anyone else out there juggle?

My favorite quote of yours: “Nothing super exciting happened today (besides lots of fun exercise!)” LOVE IT!
Ima leave the juggling up to you – looks like you got it under control over there :)
Congratulations!!! You go, girl!
wow! juggling seems hard. i am NOT coordinated!
Yay for juggling vids! Seriously, you’re a much better juggler than I! I can just keep them in the air a bit longer is all.
The exercise sounded fun! Especially kickboxing. A bit sad y’all didn’t get to spar =/ GMFR needs to invest in some head gear and training pads! :D
Candlelight yoga sounds interesting :)
It’s official. Videos on your blog simply do not appear for me. I had to open the blog in Google Chrome. I normally use Firefox. Anyhow, nice juggling. Skills.

I have always wanted to try kickboxing! Good for you! Juggling.. not so sure but I guess I would get exercise chasing after the balls I would drop! Kudos to you for trying!
Awesomesauce! (but I gotta teach you some new juggling trix to kick it up a notch)
@Jen
Hahahaha. Thanks.
@FLG
Thanks. I guess good technique is good. I honestly haven’t juggled since high school when I learned so I’m surprised I could even still do it. I’ll work on doing it longer so I can be better than you. :P
Candlelight yoga was awesome! Super relaxing! :)
@Art
That’s strange and I have no idea why. No one else seems to have that problem. :(
@MizFit
Cirque Du KickAss will be awesome! I want to juggle with fire! Hehe. I can’t wait to see that video… that’s one thing I def can’t do.. yet.
@JackSht
Yeah… I want to start juggling more so I can work up to cooler things and have tricks! Why not? I’ve got time and it will be cool. You can teach me neat stuff when I come home for Christmas haha.
sadly, i cannot juggle. however, i do have a month of kickboxing that i need to do before the end of the year. i’m totally pumped! you make it sound great, so i’m excited to try it, too!
I can juggle…….scarves! They are so slow moving through the air…anything faster just blows my mind! :-)
Sounds like you are doing GREAT!
@Amanda
Kickboxing is super fun, imo. I hope you enjoy it too!
@Maryfran
I totally started juggling with scarves, to get the movements down, and then worked my way up to real objects. You could do the same!
Wow kick boxing, you are sooo brave! I dont know if I could do that..
Anyway what was the recipe for what you had for lunch? I was reading about the power of eating vegetables over on Emotional Brain Training News and need some more recipes.
Thanks for the tips! Good luck!
tired??? man, i’d be comatose. good for you!
@MaryB
Recipe? You think I know what goes in my food? HA! Hehe, that’s really a question for Chef Lisa who sometimes hangs out around my blog. It had chicken, cheese, onions, red peppers, and was a wrap. That’s all I know. :)
@Nancy
Haha, yeah I was definitely tired. :)
I can’t juggle, but candlelit yoga sounds AWESOME! I did do yoga by Christmas tree lights one time, which was cool.
Hey marry you seems a perfect juggler. Keep practice.
