It was another cloudy day here in Vermont and I wish I could see the sun!! It’s been a few days without sunshine and I’m already missing it. Hopefully I can make it through the next couple of months without lots of sunshine.
But other than the lack of sunshine, things are going really well. Exercise today was nice. Michelle the Intern taught out lower body class and it kicked my unstretched self. It was a nice feeling though and I appreciate the fact that she pushes us. Also today I went to the mall in Rutland briefly and ended up getting some new Chuck Taylors. I’m pretty happy to finally have a replacement pair for the ones that were lost (ahem, chewed by the dogs then thrown away without my knowledge!).
Shake Your Soul, the dance class Teri teaches here on Thursday nights was awesome tonight. The energy in class among some of us was really awesome. I love that class! Dancing is so much fun!
I wasn’t sure what else to post about today so I decided just to throw everything else I’ve been thinking about out at once. :)
My second post at A Weight Lifted is here. I will be posting my thoughts there every Wednesday as well as the links on Friday. So check out the blog and catch me when I’m there. :)
I’ve been taking lots of pictures while I’ve been here at Green Mountain at Fox Run. It’s beautiful here so I wanted to share those pictures and a video seemed like a good way to do it. So I threw something together and I hope you enjoy seeing what has been going on up here! Now that I’m thinking about it I want to do a new video for each month that I’m here.
Kepa wrote me a song. Awww, right? Check it out and ignore The Mo he is sporting, because it is a really cute song. Nerdy, and about math, but cute. <3
That’s all for now. Tomorrow is my second assesment! Woot woot! I’ve been here a month and with all the healthy eating and exercise I bet it will be good! Then this weekend I am out of here and headed to Cape Cod and Boston! Sooooo excited about that!
Meals:
Moves:
2 mile walked 3.0 mph
30 minute cardio on the fitball class
1 hour lower body conditioning class

wow, it’s such a beautiful place! I loved those pics, the landscape is so much different compared to what I see around me. Thanks for sharing. :)
that’s a cute song Kepa made for you :) (already mention that on his blog) but wanted to say it here too.
Good luck with the assessment (you’ll kick butt for sure) and have a great weekend. Or as we say here is Aussie land – avagudeweegend. :)

Im also really tempted to run away to GMR for a few days to just BE.
You’ve done well to introduce Vermont to your readers… I would dearly love to visit one day!
It hasn’t been great weather this way this week either. Should fine up by summer, though :D
Yay for awesome classes and teachers! And chucks! I’ve never owned a pair. My mate has some high tops. Like, really kinda high :D
Great pictures, Mary. And a great idea!
Haha, yes, please to ignore the mo’ :D <3
Mary, it seems like this is going so good for you. I hope your assessment goes well today.

The beauty, the beauty, the beauty!!! That means all of it & Kepa too! Thx so much for sharing!
Can you also spread the word of LIVESTRONG day. I posted about it on my site by request of a breast cancer survivor. A great cause as it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month too!
@Jody
Sure, when I get a change I will check it out. :)
I think you are going in right direction.
@FLG
You were right. Mention you and it kills my blog. No one wants to comment. They hate you. Or me. Or both. :P
@Corporate Gifts
Thanks, me too.
