		<description>Great job so far.  Hopefully you&#039;ve incorporated a great eating regime - no refined starches.  Once I gave up potatoes, pasta and white rice, it&#039;s a breeze to keep the weight down.  Having a list is so motivating - perhaps a reverse bucket list:)</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve done five of your life list :-)  I needed the show shoes when sinking up to my hips in snow in Yosemite, but didn&#039;t have any, lol! After skiing Heavenly Valley a few years ago, I&#039;ve hung up the snow skis, and this Florida boys gonna stick to water skiing!</description>
