Since it is THE day for gratitude, I’m going to make a list of all the things I’m thankful for. So Happy Thanksgiving all my American friends! To everyone else… Happy Thursday! :)
My mom… and brothers. My mom will always come first in my book because she is my biggest fan and greatest supporter and I know she is always there for me. I’m even thankful she comments on my blog. (My brother’s by default fall into this category of “family” … hehe, I’m thankful for them too.)
Being healthy. Everyone always says they are thankful for their health, and if you are still breathing, you should be thankful. But this year it means so much more to me. I have muscle. I can run. I can do yoga. I’m not only healthy, but fit. I’m very thankful for this fact.
Exercise. Weird thing to be thankful for, right? But I enjoy exercise. I need exercise. I’m an addict and it’s my drug, because it keeps me sane and HAPPY and healthy. So I’m thankful for exercise and the ability to complete it.
Travel. I enjoy traveling, I even try to keep a travel blog, and I’m so grateful for the places I have been able to see this year. I’ve been to Puerto Rico, Chicago, D.C., Pennslyvania, Nashville, Cape Cod, Boston, New Hampshire and all over Vermont. And next year I will be headed to New Zealand!
Christmas movies. I LOVE Christmas movies. There is something about them that warms my heart. Tonight we are watching a couple to kick off the season and I couldn’t think of anything I’d rather do more.
Kepa. He is a great boyfriend and a constant encourager to me in all that I do. I’m so lucky to have him as a best friend and more.
Technology. It lets me connect with you guys and it lets me connect with the people that I miss:

Michelle. She has been a really good friend while I’ve been living here at Green Mountain and I don’t think I could have survived without her.
Mallory. For introducing me to yoga and showing me a different way to live, I will always be grateful. Such a cool girl. Mallorific, even.
Jen. She is great, both as a person and as a fitness director. Without her I would have been lost, she stepped in and acted as a mentor and guided me along my journey here.
My friends at home. My real friends, the ones that make the effort to still call and text me even though I’m across the country, are people I couldn’t imagine living without. Their love and support means everything to me.
Adventure. I’m thankful for the opportunity to fulfill my desire for adventure and new things, regardless of obstacles that could stand in the way, like my own fear. I refuse to let things like weight or worry stand in my way and I’m thankful that I made the decision to live boldly.

Blogging community. There are soo many of you out there that have touched my life and enriched it in the last two years. I wish I had the time or the memory to name you all, but I know I’d forget at least one important person. I’m extremely grateful for all of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog and encouraging me in my journey, with all it’s craziness.
Thank you for reading this list, for reading my blog, and for you just being you.
Happy Thanksgiving!!

You do have quite a bit to be thankful for! I am so happy for you and your decision to live boldy! :-) So, ziplining is something we want to do when we’re able to. Is it something someone who isn’t fond of heights would totally freak out over?
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!!
What a nice blog! I’m a sucker for Christmas movies too! I just sit and cry through a lot of them. This year I’ll do it probably more than ever because I’m going through a rough patch with my so called boyfriend. Enjoy having someone special, you deserve it!
