I&#039;ve managed to lose over 40 pounds myself so far and I put this all down to my intense strength training program. Strength training is going to speed up your metabolism, which will help you to lose weight even faster. The only downside I&#039;ve found to it, is you are always hungry.
Good luck on losing the next 30 pounds!
