		<description>I would love to go walking with my mom! Anyway, even on your &#039;not-so-active&#039; weeks you still are way more active than tons of people (often than me!) so I think that would count more than a number on a scale, which fluctuates anyway. Mmm u had christmas cookies…hmm maybe I should make some later..

		<description>I&#039;m happy with small steps too because I&#039;m a slow loser. 1 lbs a week is something I&#039;m happy about. And losing slow keeps it often better off than fast losing.

You&#039;ve had a great week concerning your workouts. I&#039;m proud of you.

		<description>The comparison trap can get us all at times.  We just have to stop that because everyone is different and we have our own journeys we have to take.  I might not lose weight as fast as other people but that is okay because it is a good speed for me!</description>
