Merry Christmas Eve!!
Yesterday’s Festivus celebration was … interesting. I thought it was rather funny, especially the airing of grievances. Then I had a little too much to eat (yummm cupcakes) and watched a few movies. No as exciting as one might have hoped, but significantly less crazy than I was expecting thankfully.
I hope everyone out there is having a lovely day and enjoying the fun of Christmas Eve. I’ve always liked Christmas Eve a lot, possibly even more than Christmas. The anticipation is fun.
And this year I have another reason to love Christmas Eve:

Festivus yesterday. Christmas Eve today. Christmas tomorrow. It’s a holiday extravaganza! It might not be the best time of year for weight loss, but what is a day or two out of the year when the rest of your time is spent living healthy? That’s right. You’ll survive. You’ll be just fine.

My sister can do that! I’ve been trying for like 10 years to figure it out, but I just end up squinting and looking back and forth with both eyes… From someone who’s tried and can’t do it: It’s an awesome talent indeed.
