Everyone seems to be coming out of the holiday hibernation, so I’ve got lots of blogs to catch up on now! I’ll probably be reading for a while today. :)

WEEKLY CHECK IN VIDEO :)
I wanted to restart doing my videos at the beginning of the year… because I really like looking back on them to see how I’ve progressed. Since I lose weight so freaking slowly, apparently, it’s sometimes hard to notice changes unless I look back far enough. Soooo…. video time! If you have suggestions for things I could/should/might want to discuss in the videos so I’m not just rambling or saying my weight, then let me know! Suggestions are always welcome.
Monday 12/28: 2 miles walked, Abs – 25 crunches, 25 side crunches to each side
Tuesday 12/29: 2 miles walked
Wednesday 12/30: NONE
Thursday 12/31: Loser body workout: dumbbell squats – 2 sets of 15, dumbbell romanian deadlift – 2 sets of 15, dumbbell side lunge – 1 set of 10 and 1 set of 15 (took me a bit to get the hang of these), dumbbell reverse lunge – 2 sets of 10 seconds holds (my knees don’t so much like reverse lunges), dumbbell calve raises – 2 sets of 15. + Warm up, cool down, and mucho stretching.
Friday 1/1: NONE
Saturday 1/2: NONE
Sunday 1/3: 2 miles walked, .5 mile jogged!
This week was pretty light on the exercise, as I took two days completely off after New Years. Blah. That wasn’t what I intended but it is what happened. I’m ready to be in New Zealand where I will be walking a lot more often! I enjoy walking sooo much more when I am doing it in a new or pretty place. Let’s just say walking in my neighborhood here does not motivate me.

Eh. Working off the Christmas gain. Like I said, I lose weight slowly, especially when I’m not doing much to make it happen like this week. I’m going on vacation to Gatlinburg on Wednesday, so we will see how I fare with a vacation this week.
