Woah.
I’m completely off on what day/time it is still. I’m close to adjusting to the time in New Zealand, but it’s weird to not have the sun go down til 9 when I was just in Memphis with darkness by 5. My body is a bit thrown off I think, but regardless of that I love it here. How can anyone not love a beautiful island?
I’m also thrown off on trying to figure out what time it is in the States. My blog posts for the next month might be posted at weird times there. Oh well. But I am going to be blogging while I’m here. I’ve had a lot of people assume I won’t be or that I’ll not be blogging as much. I doubt that. I’ve worked myself into a routine where I need to write daily or almost every day. It helps me focus on what I’ve done, to cement it in my head and to recap what I’ve done right and what I need to work on. Even if the post you see isn’t about what happens during my day and is instead on a topic, its because I first ran through all I did and realized something was on my mind. If I don’t blog about things I’m not myself and I can’t enjoy what I’m doing. So to fully enjoy this little period of time in New Zealand I will be blogging. Plus, I need to post pics up so everyone at home (and y’all) can see. ;)
I will post pictures sometimes, but as that takes more time it might not happen as often. I am cutting back my internet time a lot by mostly ignoring twitter and social stuff. But I am still going to blog in case you want to stick around and see what happens. ;)
So here are a few more pictures from NZ. We went to the beach yesterday and walked around a bit.
Ahhh, he smiled! Haha. Yeah. So there is a little taste of New Zealand for the day.
Tomorrow I’m going to do my weigh in post because that is still the point of the blog – getting healthy. My friend Ryan made some good points before I left about setting goals while I’m here and still keeping up momentum and such, so I’ll talk about that tomorrow.

Yay im glad you’re still blogging from NZ. The few times I go on trips, I often don’t have time while I’m actually on them to write about what’s going on, but I always take photos and write about it later… or write stuff down on paper and type it in to blog when I get home. Now that I have a laptop, and will be going on some trips this year, maybe ill actually post as they happen..we’ll see… The sky is BEAUTIFUL!! It’s so BLUE over there wow!
