		<description>Sweet!  Yeah for giving up some sugar.  It&#039;s probably comforting for you when you eat it before going to bed and that&#039;s why you love it so much... maybe you should find another habit that feels comforting and substitute it.  Perhaps eating is not even the reason you do it?  Just a thought. ;)

That doesn&#039;t sound strange at all.  I&#039;ve written about how being hungry before going to bed is a good thing and getting used to that will help you lose weight because your body is burning the fat on your body, not what&#039;s in your stomach.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s not a failure at all!  Not even!  You shouldn&#039;t be depriving yourself of good things.  You might not want to eat them as often or in huge quantities, but there is no reason why you should never have ice cream again.  Seriously.  That&#039;s ridiculous and thinking you should do that is why diets never work.  Doing what you did isn&#039;t failure but a total success - moderation is the way to live a healthy life forever. :)</description>
