Guest Post: Quick Workout For Women

I’m currently in transit from New Zealand to the States currently. I’m flying V Australia, so all is well – it’s pretty legit. But what to do with the blog?!? Guest posts! Today’s guest post is a little something different though… it’s a video guest post. Woah. Exciting.

The video is a quick whole body workout for women (sorry if the guys who read were hoping for something… just move along) from Marci Lall, a personal trainer in Toronto Canada who recently contacted me and wanted to create a video for the blog. Here it is, so enjoy!

Here are the guidelines for the workout. The point is to do the exercises in a circuit fashion and after you’ve completed all of the exercises then you take a break.

Workout Guidelines

Well there ya have it. If any of you were searching for a quick workout you can look no further. Or if that isn’t your cup of tea go search for more routines on youtube. It’s a storehouse for new exercises and routines. Read the comments on stuff though to make sure you are getting advice from someone worthwhile… they are a lot of crappy trainers making videos too. Either way, get out there and workout!

Not sure why this workout is “for women.” It looks pretty legit for anyone really.

You can do it too if you would like. ;)

Hey Ryan,

It says women cause that’s the main clientele I work with. But you’re totally right, this workout will work for pretty much anybody.

Thanks for the comments.

Thanks for posting this great workout plan. I don’t think many people realise just how important it is to have exercise as part of a weight loss plan, but it really is essential. And the exercises you have posted are all great ones to get started with. Im trying to work my upper body and I find push-ups great, but as I lack real upper body strength I’ve been doing wall push-ups to get started and build up the muscle. Wishing you best of luck on your weight loss journey!

I’d agree with that previous comment. I’ve used YouTube numerous times to find content that helped me to get a point across better. Its hard to believe YouTube’s only 5 years old, seems likes its been around ages.
