Monday Feb 23 – 5 minute elliptical warm up; lower body workout (machines: leg press, extension, curl, and inner/outer thigh – 3 sets 10 each); abs workout of situps with medicine ball – 3 sets of 15; walk run 1 mile in 13:40
okay, after monday it gets fuzzy… I wrote it down somewhere but lost the paper. :( So here is my best guess
Tuesday Feb 24 – walked 2 miles at the zoo; 1 mile run/walk; abs – situps with medicine ball – 3 sets of 15; chest/bicep workout (incline press, chest press, hammer curls, bicep curls all 3 x 10 and biceps with resistance bands 3 x 30 = killer)
Wednesday Feb 25 – 1.10 miles run/walk on the treadmill; easy tricep workout (easy as in arms were killing me from night before)
Thursday Feb 26 + Friday Feb 27 – OFF
Saturday Feb 27 – Lower body workout (leg lifts [hammy + quad + inner + outer], squats, calf raises … 3 sets of 12 each)
Sunday Feb 28 – 30 minutes on the bike. 8/2 walk/run on treadmill.
Yay slow and steady weight loss! Going to do the same thing this week and hopefully get the same results! :)
