Hello Mary! I just finished my matching workout pledge. I actually did it in two portions today because I had my daughter to care for so 90 minutes in one stretch didn't work. This is what I did:

Part #1:
Stationary bike – 15 minutes, a little over 2 miles (lost track of mileage)
Completed C25K Week #2 Workout #3 and then walked until I hit 30 minutes – 2.01 miles
Stationary bike – 15 minutes, a little over 2 miles (lost track of mileage :) )

Part #2: I waited until dark. Then I did the second portion of my workout. Needless to say I really enjoyed this. I put my daughter in her PJs and armed her with a flashlight, blanket, cup, and milk. I then took her out in her wagon for a walk in the dark. Needless to say she loved it. I think I loved it more. When I hit the block close to home we had been gone for 30 minutes. She wanted to go again but it was getting late.

The second part of the workout will now be a weekly event for us because we both loved it so much.

Thanks again girl!

Awesome Alison! Just let me know once you do it! :)

I had trouble tweeting while walking. I had to hold the bar and focus. It was probably funny to watch.
