Hehe. Right back to where I started the week before.
I try really hard not to compare myself to other people in anything. That’s why I can’t think about these measurements too hard, or I’ll just completely be miserable.
This week I kind of put the whole weight loss thing on the back burner. It shows in the weigh in results, but I still think it was important. Like I mentioned in my post, I felt like I was waiting and nothing was happening besides blogging and weight loss. So this week I made a conscious effort to go out more, to hang out with friends, to have more FUN. Hurray fun!
But I also made the decision this weekend to start getting serious about strength training. I’ve been very inconsistent with it and while I usually get enough cardio I haven’t been doing weights consistently. This has led to my body going through changes that I’m not very happy with. Although I’m now at a lower weight, my measurements from the last time I took them are up. So strength training in earnest begins tomorrow! Time to change those numbers. ;)
