We discuss a lot to do with our bodies here: the size, what they can do, how they feel, how they look, how we feel about them, how others treat us because of them…
But your body, the way you look, it is not all that you are. You are much, much more.
I’m enjoying learning about things and changing things on the outside. Transforming my life and body has and will continue to be a great process and adventure for me. But this quote is a great reminder that I’m not just what is on the outside. I’m not just what I weigh or how I look or anything physical that I might focus on sometimes. The majority of me? It’s things you can’t see, can’t touch, can’t quanity.
The same goes for you. You are much, much more than all of this. Remember that.

I guess that is part of the struggle. Out of site, out of mind. I am trying hard to keep myself focused on what I can’t see, and realize that all of it needs to be healthy and focused if I truly want to see results.
