Today is Kepa’s last full day in the USA. Basically he won’t be back until we get married here. In a way that makes me really sad but I’m grateful for the time we had together here and the wonderful memories we created.
We are both looking forward to being in New Zealand and being able to develop some sort of routines, especially the ones surrounding exercise and good food. It will be nice to be in weather conducive to outside workouts and walks together. It will be nice to be in a kitchen where we can control the food and make the good choices. It will be nice to be able to get back to a normal state after what was basically a month long vacation. (Pro tip: month long vacations are not good for weight loss!)
But even though it’s been a long vacation and we may have both gained weight, it’s been fun and productive. I mean, we got engaged! (Best proposal ever.) The weight loss blogging love story continued into a new chapter this month. ;) And in addition to that Kepa met my family, my friends, and some of our good blogging friends! We traveled from coast to coast! Productive, fun, amazing, all of that. It’s been a good month.
As always, I only see good things to come in the future. Especially things regarding my own journey and personal fitness and weight. I’m about to get super serious when I get to New Zealand. You guys better get ready.
And now it’s link time!
Merry Go Round: Better Health Blogging News
Links this week are all blogging related. It’s been a fun week of blogging for me with starting a new blog about the wedding and becoming a wife, so I’ve had blogging on the brain. I also ran across a ton of great resources this week for bloggers that I just have to share with you all.
Matt from No Meat Athlete has started offering blog coaching! Matt, who was featured in my better health blogging ebook, is offering coaching sessions that are especially good for any of you interested in earning money from blogging. There are a lot of different ways to generate income from blogging and Matt is great at explaining methods other than advertising. Check out his new coaching sessions if you are interested in getting one on one help with your blog.
Esther from Faint Star Lite and Jennifer James recently released a completely FREE e-book about taking your blog to the next level. Titled From Blog To Business, it explains all the ins and outs of being a professional blogger and running your blog as a business. This ebook is amazing and I love that they released it free. It’s a great followup to the better health blogging ebook because that tells you where to begin and this From Blog To Business ebook takes it to the next level. If you’ve ever wanted to make that jump, definitely check out their new ebook!
And as always, make sure you check out my ebook about creating a better health blog. If you are wondering how to start growing your blog and want all the information in one place that will explain how to do it – it’s a great resource. I’m going to be updating the sales page over the weekend with new testimonials and other good information. And there *may* be a sale coming next week in case you haven’t yet purchased the ebook and are wanting all the great information about growing your blog. ;)
That’s all until next time! I’m off to enjoy the last American day with my fiance! Enjoy your weekends! :)
