I’m a list making fool. Between work which involves working on lots of different projects, blogging with multiple blogs, and planning a wedding I have about 15 different lists I’m working on right now. I make lists for everything right now because if I don’t I will forget things.

So today I’m going to do a list post. Not just any list post, but a multiple list list post! (That just means it’s random stuff I’ve been thinking about.)

Five Things I Love About Today

  1. It’s FRIDAY!
  2. Four day work weeks feel awesome on the last day.
  3. I’m wearing a Christmasey shirt as seen above. It has a reindeer and says Fa-la-la-la.
  4. I get to watch my first Netflix movie tonight (Valentine’s Day).
  5. I’m making healthy choices, especially with food.

Five Fitness Related Things I Want To Do Before October

  1. Warrior Dash TN (Anyone want to do this with me in Sept?)
  2. FitBloggin Local – Nashville (July 9th. You should come!)
  3. Bikram Yoga (Before the summer is over.)
  4. Rock Climbing Indoors (It’s on my fitness goal list and I found a community climb thing for $15. Yay!)
  5. Walk and/or run a couple races. Just for fun.

Five Things I Bought At The Grocery Store Last Night

  1. Blueberries
  2. Kashi Go Lean Cereal
  3. Spinach & Sping Mix Lettuce
  4. Almond Butter (YUM!)
  5. Bananas

  1. Do you read Beth’s Journey? I’m sort of a late follower to her story but I love her blog. She is on maintenance now, so check her blog out and read through her archives.
  2. Check out MizFit’s quest to get everyone fit after fitbloggin.
  3. I’m loving Katy’s series of posts about bloggers based on the healthy living blogger survey she did. Here’s a look at who bloggers are in this niche.
  4. I’m working on balance and relieving stress with all my new responsibilities, so I really enjoyed Caitlin’s tips on balancing stress and positivity.
  5. Yikes!  Cell phone use can possibly increase cancer risk.

Okay, this was a super fun post. I might do this every Friday. It’s a popular concept too because lots of bloggers seem to do similar things. ;)

I did the Warrior Dash Phoenix – it was a blast!

And indoor rock climbing is one of my favorite “fun” fitness activities. i never even notice how hard I am working until I am done!

I <3 lists! I have a notebook that has Post-It Flags marking sections dedicated to work, home, doc appointments, goals and ideas.

I recently bought groceries identical to the five you listed! I LOVE sprouted grain toast with almond butter and banana for breakfast :). You should try it if you haven’t already!

lol right before i clicked over to this site, i had just made a new list and hung it on the important right bottom of computer screen spot (cards i need to buy). im def a list maker, that, or writing things in my phone or emails. i forget otherwise!

Hi Mary,

I love hot yoga,bu absolutely hated the “Bikram ” style though
(no flow, stinky carpets, instructors who were almost mean
and overzealous in their method!)
I would highly recommend trying some other hot yoga classes-I
am sure there must be a few offered where you are.
Just my personal experience though (although I have read some
other bad experiences with Bikram!)

Love hot yoga though!

OMG I make list’s for everything too. It drives my hubby nuts but it’s really useful for when we are packing. I’ve read women, food and God it’s a good read or at least I though it was good. Good luck on crossing things off your lists(that’s the part I love the most lol)
