Morning Workouts Are Back

Good news: went to the gym at 7 am this morning for my first morning workout at The Kroc Center. It was great and I got my cardio in before work. WIN.

Morning workouts are definitely back because it’s TOO easy to go before work when it’s not busy. Love it. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow and tackle some weights.

Bad news: I’m stuck in immigration hell right now. Visa processing takes forever and requires a lot of paperwork. And it’s confusing. So right now it’s my part time job/headache.

I’ll be back to blogging again sometime soon, once I send off this last packet of paperwork before Kepa’s interview.

Morning workouts are the way to go! Getting it done in the morning sets a tone for the entire day. For me morning is the only way to go.

Good to read that you reached the gym early in the morning. I mostly prefer morning workouts more as it boosts your energy level to start the day with a bang. I always feel my energy level is doubled after morning workouts.

Wow you do look great, I am so proud of you, taking care of yourself and Kepa. He will be fine and the paperwork, well you knew it was going to take a long time, just from your own experience. You are such a great example to so many and I also wanted to comment on the porch furniture, I love it and the color is wonderful……

If you’re trying to lose some weight, then I advice that you try different sport activities. You can lose about 1000 cal/hr when you do cycling. And yes, it’s the very effective and less costly activity for weight loss. Swimming, Running and playing Tennis would do too.. :)

Workouts are best thing but first you have to use natural things. You should eat more calories and than you can burn more then you gain weight if you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight. After breakfast you should make water a primary drink (morely focus on water more than juice and soda
