The herbal cleanse is over! Over! Over! I’m pretty excited that this part of the challenge is over. The fiber drinks are done for now, thankfully. Day 10 of the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge* was pretty exciting because I knew the cleanse was ending and the next phase is starting tomorrow. I wanted to finish the cleanse portion strong!
AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge Day 10 Food
Wakeup: Mandarin orange Spark*! Probiotic pills. I’m pretty much out of my favorite fruit punch flavor so I’m now working through the orange flavor. I’ve ordered new Spark from AdvoCare and will be getting some new flavors to try out soon. Can’t wait!
Breakfast: Herbal cleanse fiber drink*! Thankfully this is the last day of the fiber drink. Can I say that enough? I’m just not a huge fan no matter how well it works. After drinking the fiber drink I had some water and half a banana with peanut butter.
Yes, JuJu is checking out my food. She is usually just outside the frame of any food shot I take. She made it into this one so I decided to share it. She’s a huge beggar, encouraged by my brother who sneaks her food all the time.
Lunch: For lunch I had leftover salmon with steamed peas!
Snacks: Ate an apple in my car and grabbed a few peanuts as well.
Dinner: For dinner I brought out the George Foreman grill and cooked a turkey burger with mini sweet peppers. I really wanted bread so I had the burger on bread with mustard. I had the other half of banana with peanut butter along with the rest of my food.
Also had a second fruit punch Spark* with dinner since I was planning on going to watch a soccer game and still needed to do some work (and post this!) afterwards.
I really, really, really wanted Cheez-its with dinner since I came across some before fixing my meal. Having junk food in your face when you’re hungry definitely made it more tempting!
AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge Day 10 Fitness
No exercise today. I honestly haven’t been as focused on exercise this time around. Part of that is just because I’ve been so busy with other things like work and social activities.
While I haven’t had as much traditional fitness happening, I’ve definitely been more active overall. I’ve been dancing around during the day, fidgeting, standing, playing chase with JuJu, and moving around a lot. It’s noticeably different from a few weeks ago when I was feeling so tired I mostly just hung out on the couch. Energy is the best.

Can I say it again? The herbal cleanse* part of the challenge is OVER!!!
Woohooo! I’m really happy to be past this part of the challenge. Overall it was a great experience doing it the second time around and I feel like it was just as effective this time if not more so. I’ll post tomorrow with the 10 day results once I can get home and weigh and check measurements and all that! I know at the very least I’ve lost 6 pounds so I’m confident to call it a success.
I’m ready to get started on the next part of the 24 day challenge and see how the “max phase” goes! If the cleanse worked this well then I can only imagine what two weeks of a MAX phase can do, ya know? I’m excited to find out what’s next!!
