More Advocare 24 Day Challenge Results
When I finished my AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge I instantly wondered, did I do good enough? Were my results typical? Did I completely fail by not losing 20 pounds? Did I kick but by losing more than 10? I honestly wasn’t sure and I was curious if I was similar to others who’ve finished the challenge. So I did what I do best – googled people who had completed the challenge so I could see their AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge results!
Note: Comparison can be the thief of joy and you might not be happy with your results if you compare to other people. We are all unique and doing challenges like this affects us all differently. You’ll want to understand that there are no “typical” results and anything you achieve is great. I’m just one of those super curious people who loves to know things like this and am happy to share the results of my curiosity!
Today I’ve compiled a list of other bloggers who have done the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge and shared their results online. Hopefully their results can show you what kind of success is possible with the challenge!
My Advocare 24 Day Challenge Results
When I finished my challenge I ended at a weight loss of 13.5 lbs. I’d lost several inches (I’m so bad at measuring this), and my clothes fit better because I’m down a half size. It was most noticeable for me personally in my face and belly where the bloat disappeared with the cleanse and I started to look a lot thinner immediately!
Overall I was incredibly happy with the results and felt like I’d achieved something great without even killing myself to do so. 13.5 pound lost in less than a month is alright by me!

Meals & Moves – Janetha is someone who originally inspired me to take the challenge because she did so well losing 7 pounds and several inches.
Kate Moving Forward – Kate lost 11.8 pounds and 5 inches!
Coffee Cake & Cardio – Ashley lost weight and inches and her husband who completed the challenge with her did as well.
Sweaty Betty – She lost 15 pounds which is really awesome!
Hey Lauren Rene – This image is just her first couple of weeks but her before and 1 year later posts are super inspiring! She’s a great example of continued work and use of products.
Jenny Collier – Jenny lost an awesome 12 pound, 5% body fat, 5 inches, and a pants size!
Jenny also shared her mom’s progress which is so awesome! Her mom lost 25 pounds and since starting her lifestyle change has lost a total of 60 lbs. That’s pretty awesome!
So there ya go! Lots of other ladies who’ve achieved success with the challenge! Congrats! Most of these ladies actively sell AdvoCare as well so many of their sites will be a good resource if you do decide to do the challenge. The more resources and support you can give yourself during the challenge, the more likely it is that you will be able to succeed and get your own awesome weight loss results!
