Since I started eating lower carb meals things have been going well – I feel lighter and happier and it’s helped a lot with anxiety. I’ve accepted that this style of eating will always need to be my baseline default style of eating. Sure I won’t always eat this at every meal, but if the majority of my meals are on the lower carb side I feel better.
With that need to eat low carb meals more often in mind, I asked a foodie group I belong to on Facebook to share some low carb recipe ideas with me. I’ve been collecting low carb recipes and resources so having these in my pocket will make it easier to make most meals low carb ones. I love trying new recipes and experimenting in the kitchen so having a ton of new recipes to try out is really exciting. Plus, I know that all of these recipes are in line with my intended way of eating!

Yum, yum, and yum! There are so many great recipe ideas in here that I just can’t wait to try out. I love that these recipes are all focused on healthy ingredients and delicious meals instead of using lots of fillers and high carb items.
