How To Make An AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake
It’s been a few months since I’ve officially been on an AdvoCare challenge though I still drink Spark almost daily for energy and occasionally grab a Meal Replacement Shake when I’m short of time in the mornings.
These shakes are a quick way to get a meal in without having to cook anything or spend a lot of time prepping. It’s the ultimate on the go meal.
Plus, making a shake is so easy! I made a video showing how quick the whole process is. The video is even longer since I had to do things for the camera and hold the camera too. Without it? So quick!
AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake How To Video
The video below walks you through the steps of making an AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake. It’s pretty short since there aren’t many steps!
Here’s what you need (affiliate links):
Here’s what you do:
- Open up your blender bottle
- Add ice to the blender bottle
- Add your AdvoCare meal replacement shake
- Add water
- Shake, shake, shake it off
Easy, right? I love using the AdvoCare Meal Replacement shakes when I’m on the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge or for a quick breakfast option.
I probably sound like an advertisement, but AdvoCare shakes are a quick and easy meal replacement option. When I did the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge I bought an extra two boxes of the shakes just to have around for occasions when I couldn’t or really didn’t want to make breakfast for myself. I don’t use them that often since I like making eggs for breakfast but I do love having the options on hand.
Blender Bottle Love
Also, I know I’ve mentioned my Blender Bottle before but have I ever mentioned how much I love it? I almost bought another one the other day and probably will soon because I’ve been using it a lot. I use it to make anything that needs to be shaken from Spark to protein shakes. It’s so convenient!
I think another Blender Bottle is going to be on my Christmas wish list this year. Family and friends, I’m going to be so easy to shop for this year, hint hint.
How do you make protein shakes?
Fan of protein shakes – how do you make yours? Do you do it differently? Use a different shaker? Stir in up instead of shake? Let me know!
