Chips and Carbs! Chips and Carbs!

by Mary

For breakfast I ate half a bagel with whipped cream cheese and greek yogurt with some honey and granola.

Bagel and Yogurt

Lunch: pita with turkey mayo and cheese. Nacho cheese Doritos. Green grapes. It was actually disgusting. I can’t believe I ate this stuff despite not liking it. I didn’t enjoy any of it besides the grapes.

Turkey Pita and Chips

Second graders lunchbox? Definitely. (Haha.)

Then I had a brief encounter with emotional eating

Then my mom brought home some wontons from the Chinese place they ate at for lunch. I ate a few of these (not the sushi).

For dinner I ate peanut butter and jelly on a wheat english muffin with rice chips and salsa. This is what I eat when I don’t make real food. Call it laziness.

PB & J

Chips and carbs everywhere!  Ah!  I suppose I could blame it on recovery from being sick last night.  I made healthy food and ended up losing everything I ate for the day.  Somehow that made me want nothing healthy today.  Comfort food.

Ohh myy are those cream cheese wontons? *droooool. Hehe your blog always makes me so hungry for good, healthy food :) (Uh… not the cream cheese wontons, but the other stuff like the yogurt and bagels and pita sandwiches hehe.)

Yeah they are! I LOVE cream cheese wontons. My fav.

I’m glad you like the healthy stuff! I like it to for the most part. (I like the wontons and stuff too!)

Peanut butter on ANYTHING is good. C’mon. What kind of question was that?

I bet I can make cream cheese wontons “healthy” and “on plan”. Will let you know when I decide to try. I have yet to make regular wontons. That’s on the list.

I think I’m gonna make potato skins tomorrow night.

And Craig. Correction. What is it about PEANUT BUTTER? So good. I sat there and ate two tablespoons today.

Hehe. Well, since I don’t really have a “plan” per say, wontons are in!

But I should try to make them myself. I probably could make them a little bit better (healthier) than restaurants.

Hehe. Craig’s question was CRAZY! Peanut butter is GOOOOOD.
