This morning I made this:
What is that? Well, it was supposed to be an omelet. But my omelets come out looking like this:
Yeah, I’m the worst omelet maker in the world. I just can’t make them without detroying them. If I ever get a perfect omelet I will probably post 24340 pictures of it. Be warned.
But the failed omelet was reaaaaally good tasting. I made it with one whole egg, two egg whites, cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, red and green onion, and spring onion. Topped it off with hot sauce and it was delicious if sadly, sadly malformed.
For lunch I used the rest of my tuna from yesterday in half a whole wheat pita and a cup of pumpkin, leek, and spinach risotto.

The risotto wasn’t something I made. We bought it a few days ago when we were considering a ready made meal for dinner. It was sitting in the fridge so I decided to try it. Wasn’t my favorite thing ever, but it was okay and had lots of vegetables in it which I liked.
For a pre workout snack I had a slice of bread with crunchy peanut butter and half a small banana (I ate the other half too).
For dinner I had a pita with crumbed fish, mong beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and tartar sauce. Shocking, eh?
I really wanted some chips with this dinner. Like soooo badly. I think I might try to make some baked veggies chips this week since so I can have some chips with lunches and dinners like this. Mmm, chips!
I was thinking about eating a snack but since it’s time for me to go to sleep in a few I’m probably going to skip it. That means I’m actually slightly under my calorie range today (I just tallied them up). Interesting.
Exercise today: 30 minutes walking on the treadmill incline 3-7; 20 minutes recumbent bike with intervals
Probably won’t be exercising tomorrow because my gym will be closed for the next four days for renovations. They are changing everything around so hopefully I’ll like the layout afterwards and it will be easier to find space to workout. I couldn’t find a place to comfortably do anything besides cardio because I hate getting in between all the dude in the weights area when there are that many. If I don’t like it I’m going to at least start going earlier in the morning and hopefully it won’t be as crowded.
Do you like making omelets? Are they better looking than mine? I hope so!

What pretty pictures! And I think your omelet looks great. Probably because mine tend to come out looking like that too. LOL And it’s the taste that counts anyways right? ;)

I gave up making omelets a long time ago and just make scrambles. The guy at the local diner is so much better at it :-)
Well it doesn’t matter what the food looks like, just how it tastes! I dont think it looks bad at all. Ive never made an omlette before, I don’t think. Scrambled eggs only.
