I loved the yogurt mess from yesterday so much I made a bigger portion today for my breakfast.
There’s greek yogurt, muesli, almond butter, and blackcurrant jam. So freaking delicious.
For lunch I made a tuna sandwich on toast with two small potatoes with sour cream.
Yeah, I was disappointed with my lunch and it’s lack of vegetables. I didn’t know what I could use so I’m thinking about buying myself some frozen veggies and stuff that I can eat at any time.
For dinner we had steak, green beans and potatoes.
Since I had potatoes for lunch I ate one for dinner and made sure to get a lot of green beans. I absolutely love green beans!
Then for a post dinner snack because I was HUNGRY. Had a small apple, dried apricots, and some cheese. Cheese + fruit = perfect.
I’ve been counting calories the last two days but I do it after I eat instead of before. I think that might not be the point of calorie counting, but I tend to eat within the range I should be, so I’m pretty sure my intuitive eating skills rock. ;)
Exercise today: 20 minutes elliptical on random hill, 5 minutes walking incline 3, good stretching.
Short post today because I started late and it’s past my bedtime. I need to start blogging earlier in the day!
