Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

After my workout today I made the best smoothie.

It wasn’t anything that special but somehow it just ended up being the perfect consistency and flavor. It made me incredibly happy.

I loved how pink it was too!

The smoothie ingredients:

  • 1 container strawberry greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

So simple. Blended by my trusty personal blender.

It ended up having 35 grams of protein in it. That is definitely a protein shake.

Strawberry + banana is my absolute favorite smoothie combination. Always and forever. ;)

Hey i love your blog! On the weight loss page, you cannot see the past posts. If you click on Jan 2010 nothing comes up..
