Man, I feel like I’ve eaten all day. I ate small amounts of food so many times today. Argh! I’m not even sure if I was out of control or in control or under or over my calories or what. I was just out of it because I woke up so early. Guess it’s time to check the damage now.
First thing I ate: sausage biscuits (Jimmy Dean) with ketchup.
Second thing I ate: a slice of toast with peanut butter and honey.
Third thing I ate: biscuit with honey.
I suppose all of those things could be considered my breakfast even though I ate them spread out from 6:30 to 10.
Fourth thing I ate: half a sweet potato and half a can of tuna with mayo.
Fifth thing I ate: tortilla with leftover refried beans, chicken, onions, peppers, salsa, light sour cream.
I suppose those two things could be considered my lunch although once again I ate them spread out.
Sixth thing I ate: beef, spinach, broccoli, onions.
Seventh thing I ate: roasted red pepper hummus with red pepper flakes and half a pita.

Yummies that biscuit with honey looks GOOD. Ive started getting honey at the farmers market a few months ago, it makes such a difference in taste from what’s at the store, and its interesting how the different flowers/trees the bees use changes the flavor (although my roomie cant taste the difference so much, I can taste it a lot). Now I love honey. You woke up at 630? Poor you! I hate waking up early so much. The bean tortilla looks good too.
Biscuits with honey ARE good. So good!
I woke up at 6:30 then and 4:15 today! Crazy week for me!
